GET TO KNOW ME
I’m Beth, a Ph.D. candidate at Michigan State University. |
My work has focused on the conservation of biodiversity in the Neotropics though the lens of both spatial and community ecology. Research during my Master's and Ph.D. has focused on rare and elusive species and aims to make conservation assessments of those species possible given the data limitations present.
Aside from my research in Dr. Phoebe Zarnetske's spatial and community ecology lab, I also collaborate on other developing projects including Wallace, a flexible new software aimed at making species distribution modeling more accessible and reproducible for conservation practitioners. |
